The job, in plain words
You may bring your deer field-dressed or not field-dressed. If it is not field-dressed, an additional $45.00 fee applies. Arrange prompt transport and confirm arrival instructions and any charges. Bring it to 496 Chipman Road, tell them how you want it, and tell them how the hunt went while you are there.
Whether the shop skins it is something to settle on the phone, so ask when you call. If it is already skinned clean, say so.
A local deer processor near Gallatin and Westmoreland
All deer drop-offs are at our Bethpage shop, not a separate Gallatin or Westmoreland location. For deer processing near you in Sumner County, get directions to 496 Chipman Road and call to confirm current availability. Browse our venison cuts, summer sausage, and jerky before discussing your order.
Drop-off
Call (615) 604-3887 every time before bringing a deer, in every season. Ask the shop where to pull in if you need arrival instructions. Read the full drop-off rundown.
Your own cut sheet
Choose from these available venison cuts and tell the shop how you want your deer prepared:
- Backstraps — sliced, whole, or butterflied
- Tenderloins — whole
- Roasts
- Steaks
- Ground venison
Confirm current processing prices and packaging when discussing your order. Browse the full list of cuts, sausage, and jerky.
Burger and fat
Fat can be added to ground venison for an extra charge. Call to confirm the fee and type of fat.
Price and yield
You may bring your deer field-dressed or not field-dressed. If it is not field-dressed, an additional $45.00 fee applies. The $45.00 charge is an additional fee, not the total processing price.
Call for current price and hours. A large buck, a doe, or a problem deer may be priced differently, so mention it.
Nobody can honestly promise you a number of pounds before the deer is cut. Ask what to expect.
Turnaround and pickup
Turnaround changes with the season. Ask when you drop off. Ask how they will let you know it is ready.
