This site has no customer accounts or public comments. The resource-library search and category filters run in your browser; this site does not send the search text to a search service or save it in a database.
The optional Gemini AI assistant sends your messages and recent conversation to this site's server and Gemini through Replit AI Integrations to generate answers. Do not share sensitive information, payment details, or private hunting locations. This site keeps the conversation only in browser memory, not in local storage or a shop database; Clear chat or reload to remove it. The AI provider and hosting services may process information under their own policies. Messages and answers are not included in this site's analytics or application logs. Sending a question sets an anonymous, signed cookie for up to 24 hours to limit abuse; it contains no chat text or personal details and is not used for analytics. Technical request information and temporary rate-limit identifiers may be used to operate the service. AI can make mistakes; confirm shop details by phone. The assistant cannot submit orders or payments.
Report sharing is a separate, optional consent in chat on the hunting-conditions page. Without that consent, no selected hunting report is sent to AI. If you agree, each question sends the selected area to this site's server to retrieve NWS conditions and independent alerts. Only a sanitized summary—readings, nearby public station, time zone, observation/forecast times and freshness, daylight planning estimates, official alerts and source links—is sent to Gemini through Replit. Raw coordinates, private pins, addresses, saved-area details and coordinate-bearing weather links are excluded from the report sent to AI, analytics and application logs. Do not put private locations in your messages; automatic coordinate redaction is an additional precaution, not a substitute for keeping them out of chat. Changing the area, leaving the hunting page, stopping sharing, clearing chat or reloading removes consent and clears the conversation. Information already sent cannot be recalled from the provider. Weather can be missing or stale, estimates do not track deer, and no report guarantees safety or legal hunting hours.
The apparel order-request builder prepares your selections and optional contact details in your browser, not in a shop order database. Garment selections and customization notes are saved in local storage on this device; use Clear list to remove that saved list. The optional customer name and callback fields are not saved. Copying a summary puts it on your clipboard; downloading saves a text file on your device. Opening a text-message draft passes the summary to your messaging app, where you must send it yourself. The shop receives no order automatically through this website. Any message you send is handled by your messaging provider and the shop.
When analytics is enabled in the hosting provider’s Publishing settings, the published site uses Replit-hosted analytics to count page visits and clicks on apparel, processing, and product-price enquiry links. It also counts successful apparel-summary copies, text-file download actions accepted by the browser, and clicks to open text-message drafts. Custom events include only fixed labels such as the action, link’s location, garment type, artwork identifier, or destination category. They do not include customer names, phone values, customization notes, order summaries, or message URLs. These apparel actions indicate preparation or intent to share, not confirmation that a file was saved, a messaging app opened, a request was sent, an order was accepted, or a purchase was completed or paid. A phone-link click does not confirm that a call connected.
Hunting-condition analytics counts location-selection attempts by method (city preset, coordinates, or device), successful conditions displays, and broad failure categories. A successful display may use cached data and does not guarantee fresh weather or safe hunting conditions. These custom events never include coordinates, location names, station identifiers, or error messages. Coordinates are sent separately to this site and the National Weather Service to retrieve weather, not to analytics.
The hunting-conditions page remembers your selected area only if you check “Remember this hunting area on this browser.” Only latitude and longitude rounded to three decimal places (about 100m) are saved in local storage, not precise device coordinates. While remembering is enabled, selecting another area replaces the saved area. Uncheck the control or use “Clear saved area and use Bethpage” to remove it. Device location permission is requested only when you click “Use my device location,” never automatically on return.
The apparel builder’s local storage is separate from analytics and does not send your saved list to analytics.
The Wind & Scent Planner keeps the precise hunting pin and address-search text only in page memory, not in a shop database, local storage, page URL, or custom analytics. Weather requests use coordinates rounded to three decimal places (about 100m). Searching an address sends it through this site to the US Census Geocoder; this site's application logs do not include that address or the results. The geocoder may not recognize rural or incomplete addresses, and its result is an approximate street location, not a property boundary. Move the pin to your actual hunting spot. Map tiles load only after you click “Load interactive map”: the default satellite / aerial view uses USDA imagery served by USGS The National Map, and switching to Street map requests OpenStreetMap tiles. The selected provider receives your IP address, the site's origin, and the map area viewed under its own privacy policy. The exact marker is not sent to the tile provider, but the requested tiles reveal the viewed area. Imagery is historical, not live. Reset clears the planner's address and precise pin; the separate remembered-area checkbox controls any rounded area saved on this device.
The map on some other pages is an embedded Google Map. It loads when you scroll to it, and Google may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, and the hosting provider may record routine technical information such as an IP address for operation and security. Those services receive information when your browser connects to them.
Calling opens your device’s phone service; caller-ID information depends on your phone settings and provider. Links to Facebook, Tennessee Wildlife Federation, and other reference sites leave this website and are covered by those sites’ policies.
