Call before every deer drop-off

Call (615) 604-3887 every time before bringing a deer, in every season.

Country Boy Trades is at 496 Chipman Road, Bethpage, TN 37022. Phone: (615) 604-3887. Operating hours and after-hours arrangements have not been confirmed for this website. Calling ahead does not establish permission for an after-hours drop-off.

You may bring your deer field-dressed or not field-dressed. If it is not field-dressed, an additional $45.00 fee applies. Avoid unnecessary delays in transport. In every season, call before each deer drop-off and explain your expected arrival and the deer’s condition.

Explain what you want

Say whether you want personal processing or a whole-deer donation through Hunters for the Hungry. Those are different arrangements; free processing under the donation program applies to whole-deer donations, not your personal processing order.

Ask where to pull in, what paperwork to present, and what to do if your arrival time changes. Do not assume an unattended drop-off is permitted.

Keep safety and legality separate

The shop can explain its intake policies, but it cannot waive wildlife transportation rules. Check TWRA requirements before moving a carcass from another state or the CWD Management Zone. Keep the deer cool while arranging drop-off.
