Tennessee restricts importing certain cervid parts and moving carcasses out of its CWD Management Zone. Check TWRA before driving to a processor.

TWRA says only approved parts of deer, elk, moose, and caribou may be brought into Tennessee from another state. Its examples include deboned meat and properly cleaned skulls or skull plates, with conditions for other approved parts.
Do not bring a whole out-of-state deer to Bethpage on the assumption that a processing shop can accept it. Read the current official list and contact TWRA if you are uncertain whether a part qualifies.

The CWD Management Zone has movement rules
TWRA restricts movement of unapproved carcass parts out of its CWD Management Zone. The official guidance also says a carcass brought into the zone cannot be moved back out unless it meets the approved-parts rules.
This site does not reproduce a county list because current official pages and maps should be checked for your exact route. Confirm the harvest location, any zone boundary crossed, and the destination before moving the deer.
Shop acceptance is a different question
Ask Country Boy Trades about acceptance of legally transported out-of-state meat or previously prepared portions. Those intake policies have not been confirmed for this website.
Keep required harvest documentation with the animal and use containment that will not leak fluids. Calling a processor does not replace state transportation or check-in requirements.
